i went to korea and came back.. well,there's really a light culture shock but i still got along pretty fine there and the weather kills.. ha! its lovely to see snow though.. you would definately do anything for the thought of jumping into layers of snow with your trenchcoat BUT,when the wind blows.. boy,you wish you werent out in the cold.. despite the promised "30deg warm" trenchcoat, i was still left shivering. oh wells,in exchange of seeing the frosty snow, it was all worth it i should say
sister went insanely joyous with my camera.. guess how many shots we took during our mini trip to seoul.. 1795! and im really dead serious about it! she takes pictures of everything..trust me on this. she even took pictures of leafs..(LIKE FOR WHAT?!) no doubt,we had fun posing with chamber maids in our hotels, and going kinky with our new friends made (: well,would really love to share with you people my experience but.. you cant really expect me to upload 1795 shots right.. unless ive really got nothing better to do den blog(i beg to differ and you should know that ive got better things to do..LOOK HOW LONG HAVEN I BLOGGED!) SO..i'll jus randomly pick the nicer looking few and bring you to korea for a lil while (:
DAY 01 (6DEC2006) at changi airport. the ever beautiful sunrise. SEOUL! DOOTA!(somewhat like takashimaya in singapore..ITS REALLY PRICEY!) someone do a franchise of this lovely food pls!its hotdog wrapped with bread and french fries!YUMMY! FISH cakes!we love it too! LUNCH!look at the PILE of cabbage..see,in korea,beef is considered a luxury good.a kg of beef is prolly US$20?and chicken is not usually serve due to the bird flu..so the meat that we see all the time is actually PORK!goodness!not very tourist-friendly(think malays?) yes oh yes..ure not seeing things..these are the dishes that we eat all the after which,we headed to some island.."NAN YI DAO" oh puhhleaase..it was uber cold and see,my dad was trying to create that "smoky" effect which cant be seen on cam.ha!so he ended up making a fool of himself..poor boy lets talk about a lil' romance here..haha the amazing thing about these trees on the island is that every single one of it,is planted by the owner who owns the island..COOL UH!its so straight!perfecct for dates!(: yes we all look fat..haha ruth and i still cant believe our mama did this..OH LORD! we bought our first ice-cream here (: so nice! mama and ruth and some unknown people idont know where we are but this street is made famous by some drama called Winter Sonata.this is taken around 4pm..LOOK AT HOW DARK ISIT! we're trying to buy this red bean in Fish shaped flour thingy..haha we took cheap new prints.. doing what im best at! im amazed! OMG MY LOVE!! DINNER!we travelled a good 1.5 hours jus for this! always loving sea weed.. goofing around.. well,our lovely Kingston Hotel..guess what was the first thing i saw when i was in the hotel room..INTERNET CABLE!i really regretted not bringing my lappy alon now that ive received my bills..sigh!seeing the hotel marks the end of DAY01 in korea.the following days will be blogged subsequently..ive got to whizzle off to bed now..cant believe that the walkathon is jus a few hours away..and skl is jus next wed..DREADFUL!but still,it was a lovely holiday..esp when you spend it with your love ones((:

our fishing date on 30/11/2006 im now being labelled as a wierd girl by fauzi. lol. cos i sneeze when the weather is hot and i shiver after i drink sheese. there's something really wrong with my senses i suppose. anws,we caught 38kunings! and im so proud of it. fauzi said that he havent caught so many fishes before. oh wells..thats because he's with me now (: ouh!we caught a puffer fish too..so adorable!
there's jus so much things i wana blog about.. how have my days been, my emotions, my relationship with my friends.. with my fauzi.. my thoughts.. but i guess the longing to blog about all of these jus seems to diminish as i procrastinate day by day lol work is still as fun as it can be ilove the people there. fauzi is still trying to convince me not to work i think im saddistic in a way or another.. it excites me ever now and then when fauzi has mood swings because he wants me to spend time with me his longing for me seems to make me more marketable.HA! and when he says "you promised to spend the entire week with me and not work" though i know that we're like on the way to a tiff BUT..i enjoyed those moments!haha im so gona get screwed by him when he reads this but baby, ilove u and nothings gona change that truth. *pinkie hook,lock,KISS*

my handsome indonesian-blood boyfriend. on 1DEC2006 when we turned 2 mths (: well,it seems like we've been together for a much longer time cos of all the different situations that we've been through. he brought me to a lovely place at tanglin village called the HACIENDA his friend was the resident DJ that day well,it was uber packed so we decided to leave.. walked around the lovely place and we headed into this place called the "Ballroom" its lovely! you get to see old grannies and grandpas salsa-ing onthe dance floor and they were HOt! fauzi's gona bring me there one day once ive mastered the steps ((: cant wait!
yesterday after work,we went shopping! so needed a sling bag for korea was deciding between a fred perry or a long champ

ha!eventually i got the longchamp one cos i love the design and the color and the shape but i seriously took a darn long time deciding on which color to choose either the turquoise or the peach pink well,the salesman,and the laydee,and fauzi thinks that pink really suits me cos im tann&dark but..ha i love the turquoise best. not that i dont like pinkie anymore..but.. dont know (: we had our mini dinner at sakura at fareast and the table on the right sits 2 laydess who jus cant seem to keep quiet. not that they are not allowed to talk but they were so talking about me! my bag,my charms,my dressing,the way i talk oh gees,a 'taitai' runs in a blood and its in-born you cant be trained for it. even if you do,ure jus 70% there! and if you wana talk about me,trying speaking in spanish or something. jus because i was exchanging conversations with my boyfriend in english and malay,dosent mean im not a chinese(which I AM!) sheesh.
fauzi came over to my place to stayover and he helped me packed my luaggage. how lovely. we had a movie marathon.

baby,promise me that ure gona be good when im away. i know that ure gona be but i guess afterall that ive been through, i need even more assurance from you than i need from anyone. i promise i'll takecare of myself by drinking loads of water and eating heaps of food. i promise i wont let myself fall ill and baby,promise me that ure gona take care of yourself too. even since what has been happening the past few weeks, its getting more apparent to me that life's indeed fragile and very tangible.. we have both come to a common consensus that although our human heart is a fixed asset, but,its very much an intangible asset too. we aint prophets or fortune-tellers, and all we can do is to cherish the moments we have. fauzi,we're gona make this work and we're gona make this special. we're gona get through this and the 104 weeks next year. i believe that though our love is young and still blooming, but its deeply rooted and grounded in our beliefs and our life. fauzi,till then.. imiss u.
